Istg, Chinese animation (especially by Funimation, Haoliners and Bilibili) is SO UNDERRATED! I'd take Chinese donghuas over many anime artstyles or animations ANY DAY! Korean animation is good too (haha lmfao Quiet Please), but Chinese has got to be my favorite.
For TGCF, I'm on episode 5 and I'M ALREADY HEAD OVER HEELS FOR THE TWO MCs. Xie Lian (??) and Hua Cheng are SOOO lovable, and the ship is a "cinnamonroll x playful and carefree" ship, which is pretty rare and AWESOMEEEE
I love it so much that I spent yesterday doing my homework to the English dub LOLLLL I missed all the fight scenes and lore but then I rewatched it in the OG Chinese version and I have to say I am definitely going to pull an unhealthy amount of all-nighters for this show.
OH! And to add, the same companies created Link Click (Shiguang Dai Liren) and Mo Dao Zu Shi!
