I am a burgeoning author who started my writing career with Fan Fiction in 2023. I was inspired by my fellow ZeeNuNew fans to bring alive the men we stan in different types of stories. 

My entire life, I wanted to write, but I was afraid.

I grew up with a love of reading. So much so that I preferred a good book over...just about anything. In the car, at a party, walking home, instead of making friends; I always had a book in my face.

I have my father to thank for my reading habit. I have never been so grateful to anyone in my life and I will tell you why.

I have autism, but when I was a child they did not know what autism was, not by today's standards. Girls like me were a mystery. Everyone knew there was something "wrong" with me, and throughout my education, they tried to hold me back but my dad would not have it. (My hero!!)

In kindergarten they began teaching my classmates to read. I learned differently than the other children so instead of accomodating me, they put me in a delayed group. My dad was furious but the school would not budge. Every night he came home from work, he sat down with me and taught me to read. I screamed, cried, and begged but he would not let me out of it. 

Not only did I learn how to read, but I far outshone my peers. I was the girl who was "Quirky, not very smart, but pretty.", and I graduated college, on my own. I earned scholarships, worked full time, and paid for it myself.

So those of you who are different, don't give up. You are awesome the way you are. What you need to do is find your way to do things. Once you stop trying to do it the mainstream way you will flourish.
