InkSpottle

I started this account back in 2012, when I was 16 and every idea seemed like a good one. DLG started to gain exposure somewhere around 2014, and I even managed to scrape up 600 followers who were active. But then I went through this phase in college and became someone who wasn't sure anymore. I didn't like what I had written, and as a result, constantly changed things and became what I consider an 'unreliable author.' I deleted and re-wrote things, my readers no longer could trust if I was going to update or delete everything and try again. It's 2019 now. Its been 7 long years, and I'm 23. I have a husband. A 4-month-old son. A business I run online. I've taken a look at my old work and for once, I know what I have to do. Most of my life I've tried not to follow in my father's footsteps, you know? He's a pastor. I wasn't into it. But I went through a lot and in the end found happiness in faith. Which brings me to this : all of my works as InkSpottle are now gone. I'll be rewriting them (aha, didn't see that coming, huh?) but this time with Christian influences. Rather than post a story and change it later, I've already got them written on my computer and will be updating on a regular basis. It won't be on this account anymore. I'm moving all my works to a new account. I'm sorry if this disappoints any of you, but I know that I've created distrust as an author by constantly reworking, unpublishing, and posting haphazardly. I'm hoping - praying - to fix this fatal flaw on my new account. Thank you, to all those who started with InkSpottle and became avid readers, commenters, voters, and friends. When the new account is up, I will post the name in this bio. Thank you for understanding. Thank you for taking this journey with me. - Ink

@eanellangel I was a little sad too, I grew so attached to the characters but my plot was so problematic. I did re-write the entire thing though, and actually finished the book. I changed a lot about it, there’s a new main character and Grey was added to the 6, replacing Scrat. I love the new book and new characters and development (it’s called The Perfect Shall Remain instead of DLG) but I won’t lie, finishing it came with a sense of sadness for my old crew. I’ve been posting a chapter a day, and I’m working on a trilogy for it I hope that you’ll check it out, but if it’s too much change I definitely understand. I’m a much different person these days. Young me wrote what I thought people would want to read. Adult me is finally in a place where I’m comfortable writing differently, and if it takes off it takes off but the main goal is to help people not feel so alone in their struggles or just life in general

I just want a clarification, so Book 2 of the Dread Locke Games will be attached to the same book (book 1) on Wattpad? You won't be making a separate book for it, just adding on right?
