~ About the Author~

   Elysse McKenna was born in Florida, but now resides in the southern belle, bustling state of Georgia and enjoys reading historical biographies and fictional novels. 

   She is in love with many of Jane Austen's and Charlotte Bronte's characters and wishes to become at least half the writer the famous authoresses were. 
   She also enjoys several young adult writers such as Jenny Han (The Summer I Turned Pretty series) Anne Dayton, and May Vanderbelt (The Miracle Girls series) 

   She hopes one day to visit the UK to gain a better understanding of their culture, history, and to increase her knowledge of what it was like during the Victorian Era.

   Only being 20, The Secret Bride and Our Hopeless Hearts are the only novels she's shared, which was inspired by many Wattpad novelists and hopes to create more in the future.
