I've been writing FanFiction on and off now for about 15 years, so I've been around the block a few times and am probably way too old to be doing this. Ah well. The majority of my stories simply start out as premises, characters, or a quick blurb (imagine) that I come up with in my head and usually they never materialize into anything more than just outlines and descriptions scribbled on a notepad. Some stories then go on to actually have some chapters to them, but most go unfinished. The reason for that is I never write unless I am truly inspired. I never write just to write. I write to let the characters in my head out. It is not me telling you this story. It's the characters using me to share their lives with you.

In the past I have written in many different fandoms, including but not limited to: 'N SYNC, LOTR, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Van Helsing, and The Lone Gunman, among many others. Most of my stories were lost when my parents computer got a terrible virus (Damn you, Limewire). So I only have the early stuff in print, and a good chunk of it is just gone.

FictionLyn is my FanFiction inspiration. If you've never heard of her, Google it. I think her stuff is still out there somewhere, if you look hard. You won't be disappointed.
