Our experiences make for the best stories.  
I enjoy writing short stories and novels, both fantastical and contemporary.  When I'm crafting stories and characters, I do so by combining my own experiences and thoughts on certain topics.  Most of my characters, whether they're protagonists or antagonists, have real-world inspirations and many of the plots were based on experiences I had or came out of a "what if this happened" scenario.  
I enjoy history, religion, and politics, and when it comes to my fantasy stories, I do draw inspiration from those topics...
My background is very diverse.  I have experience in theater, have a BA in English with a minor in religious studies, I own my own business, have been a ghostwriter, and have done amateur film making.  My ultimate goal is to publish my books.
