Asuka Ishimaru came to be due to an online Japanese name generator on February 17th 2014 when I needed a pseudonym for writing and publishing fanfictions. When on February 24th 2015, my birthday, I stopped to do original works the name however stayed. And while I dreamed of space travelling and humanitarian law, in the space between I wrote the short stories that had been with me since 1999. Thus, on September 18th 2015 the first of two books 'The Untold Stories of Neverbeen Universe: Short Story Collection' went online on Amazon. A German translation of this work followed on April 17th 2016. Since December 25th 2018 my novel 'Letters from Neverbeen Universe' is available on Amazon, which is a sort of parallel story to 'Ravenous Adventures' and 'Rogue Adventures'.
