Well, I don't really have much to say here. I get sad sometimes. Sometimes, I want nothing more than to be with certain people. Sometimes, all I want is to stay away from them. There's not much I can seem to do about it, no matter how hard I try. Sometimes, it's the people you love who hurt you the most. Sometimes, it's the people you thought you hated who will eventually mean the most to you. Sometimes, life is a lazy river. Sometimes, life is a roller coaster. Sometimes, you make the right decision and make everything better. Sometimes, you make the biggest mistake possible and ruin everything for everyone. Sometimes, people will appreciate you. Sometimes, people will stop at nothing to ruin your life. Sometimes, things go exactly as you hope they will. Sometimes, everything goes wrong and you're left out in an empty void of "what do I do now?". Life is all about "sometimes". It's all a matter of how often each side occurs. If it seems like there's nothing you can do to change it, that's when you have to rise up, smack life in the face, and say, "Not today. Not like this. Things will go my way whether you like it or not." Don't be like me. If bad things happen, do something about it. Just sitting back and hoping things will get better won't work. Trust me, I know. In the words of Sylvester Stallone, "Life isn't about how hard you can hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and get back up." Also, being the movie nerd I am, listen to this quote from Best Picture nominee, The Martian: "At some point, everything's gonna go south on you... everything's going to go south and you're going to say, this is it. This is how I end. Now you can either accept that, or you can get to work." I tried taking the passive way out of everything, and it's gotten me nowhere but south. Also, be careful in who you trust. You always need to be sure of one thing: that they trust you. If they don't trust you, then they aren't worth the effort. Sometimes, people will trust you.
