You know that boy you pushed over? He committed suicide last night.
That girl you called fat? She's starving herself.
That boy you made fun of for crying? His mom died.
That man you made fun of his scars? He fought for are county.
The man you stole the little leather pouch off? He was homeless. 
And everyone you've been mean to? You either hurt them really badly or ruined there life.
