A quick Shane x Reader -one shot from stardew valley because I always date Shane in Stardew valley. It had been a year since Shane had tried to roll off a cliff, when he wanted to end everything. It had been a year since Y/N had saved him from himself, so he had a plan to show her how much he wanted to thank her for everything because she let him see the light.

In this story, the reader arrives in Pelican Town, seeking a fresh start after a tumultuous past. As they settle into the quiet rhythm of farm life, they encounter Shane, the town's brooding and introverted loner. At first, Shane keeps his distance, but as the reader becomes more involved in the community and starts working on their own farm, their paths inevitably cross. Shane is my favourite character from stardew valley and I wanted to make an x reader of him. especially since all the stories I've read of him the reader is all introverted, and overly empathetic of Shane. I wanted a character more like me! extroverted and petty. so I made my own >:)

New schools and new friends are never easy, and her snarky biology lab partner wasn't making it any easier, but damn if she wasn't determined to get that 4.0. Anna wants an A, Shane just wants to survive high school. They both have a lot of baggage, and sometimes the universe just forces broken people together.

Y/n is the new farmer and rising star as she moved into the quaint village of Pelican Town to fix up her grandfather's farm in which she'd inherited after his death. Planning to sell it the next year as she doesn't believe she's fit for the job, she finds more and more reasons to stay within the village- especially after taking special interest in the town drunk.. We watch her struggle with anxiety and the pressures from the rest of the town as she grows out her newfound business. Shane is the town drunk- unapproachable, snarky and downright rude. He's been in the town for a while now- years, actually. Though, he's never felt any sense of belonging in the place. More annoyed with everyone's happy demeanor, he has one real love; Alcohol. Soon enough however, he finds himself growing attracted to the new farmer- convinced he doesn't deserve her, they make a promise that has the potential to turn his life around.

To all my friends that see this you didnt see anything 🙂 Please don't read this 🙂🙂🙂 For anyone else though this is just some Shane x Readers because I chose him three times already 🤡 I'll keep it with a gender neutral reader but I'm not all that great at writing so hopefully this doesn't suck.
