This story is about a family whose members were separated due to an accident. Wandering around the world, they look for each other and make new acquaintances. One of these acquaintances was the meeting of Julius Novachrono and a little girl, Natsuhi. The captain of the "Grey Deer" order still does not even suspect what trouble this little girl will get him into.

Toutes les frontières sont fermées, et du pays qui compte quatre régions, seule celle du nord en est encore habitée. Là-bas ils n'ont que quinze jours avant d'être saisis. Mais dans la petite ville de La Manilla, Les Benadraj, la famille du maire a trouvé une solution. Ils s'en vont et embarquent plusieurs centaines de personnes avec eux. Ensemble ils vont s'envoler pour la France mais avant ils doivent traverser la terre dorée à quatre kilomètres des Almaras, où ils ne demeurent pas à portée de vue... ou peut- être que si.
