Oneshot book about our favorite COD Characters. I've got Ghost, König, Price, Soap, Gaz, Horangi, Nikto, and Laswell. I take requests, so just leave it down in a comment if there's something you wanna see! I do romance, I do angst (on occasion), and plenty of found family. I'm updating my older stories to make them a bit more comfortable to read, but I'm still uploading new oneshot stories. Some of them are stand-alone, others have more than one part. Most of everything posted September 2024 and on is part of an over-arching story I'm working on, but they can still be read as stand-alone one-shots. Enjoy!

He was a man after his own heart, She was his heartbeat. If he was winter, she was his spring, And he couldn't face it without her. Simon Riley was no stranger to loss. From the brutal murder of his broken family, to the life of every soldier snuffed out by the bullet of a faceless enemy. Having his loved ones, his friends unceremoniously torn away from him never got any easier. It wounded him in ways that, while not visible, cut him deeper than any knife ever could. The toll it took permeated every aspect of his existance, infiltrating his sense of self and dismantling his identity. A once deeply empathetic man found himself surrendering to indifference; suffocating meaningful connections before they had time to breathe. He sought solace in detatching himself from others before they could affect him deeply enough for their eventual loss to shatter what little humanity he clung to. Over time, a callous layer formed around Simon's heart- as though an impenetrable shield encased him. Throbbing emotional wounds slowly turned into numb scars, each one an indelible mark on his soul. It felt like he was drowning; being pulled under by an invisible undertow into the depths of sorrow. Every breath became a battle, each gasp a desperate attempt to surface above the crushing waves of loss. Through the suffocating darkness, there was no tranquility. No respite from the insatiable abyss that consumed joy and drowned laughter. It wasn't any one thing that slowly began to chip away at Simon's carefully constructed walls. By the time he became the cornerstone of Task Force 141, very few people knew the man beneath it all. The real Simon Riley, that was until, she came along. Story will include slowburn and erotica. Caroline's a school teacher with no one left in her life. Ghost is a lieutenant of Task Force 141 who is cold to everyone. When they meet, they may have realized that they aren't so different in certain ways. • Contains: talks of abuse, violence, mature chapters This story does not follow the video games and has my own plot and story line. Ghost will also appear soft and a little different to his character. I'm trying lmao. I have little knowledge of military things so I will try my best to be accurate.

A moment ago everything was normal and then suddenly everything has changed. Johnny's death was one of the hardest things possible to accept for Simon and now a zombie apocalypse?! This project focuses on my original character, Crypt, and her relationships with the members of Task Force 141. The world made noise even in silence. Even there, within the cold walls of the base, amid the buzzing neon lights and distant footsteps, Simon couldn't find peace. He was used to it. The noise was inside him now: fractured voices, flickering memories, the sound of his own breath beneath the mask - as if to remind him he was still alive. And how much he didn't want to be. He had seen too much. Done too much. Far too much. And yet, there was her. Not like the others. Not like those who show up only to flee at the first sign of a storm. She didn't run - not even when he became the storm. She simply stayed. She didn't say too much. She didn't ask too many questions. But there was a steadiness in her eyes that disarmed him more than any rifle ever could. A simple, unwavering truth. Like a star that doesn't shift, even when the whole universe writhes around it. Simon would never admit it - not even to himself. But just knowing you were there - in the mess hall, in the corridors, out in the field - was enough to let him breathe a little easier.
