Ailia was sent on a mission to kill a man. The mission seems to be a trap, the man she was supposed to kill wasn't the man that had her tied to a chair. This man that had her tied up was named Malik. He is one of the most powerful men in the face of the Mafia. Since Ailia rides solo, she has no choice but to join Malik to assassinate the other boss that came after him. Malik believes in the saying ' Won't start nothing, won't be nothing. ' These two living breathing killing machines must learn to trust each other blindly. They know how to fight blindfolded, so how hard can this be?

❝My soul skates on thin ice, an unraveling thread that twists and ties itself into a knot to stay inside. It bursts at the seams and rocks my barely there dreams, tugs at my passions, those mere strands that fall off each day. My interests have disappeared into its web- that's where they hide- as my soul tries to reconnect with my body, to my mind... but I think it needs help. Who am I? The body, mind, and soul are connected, and it is up to us to determine how to respect them.❞ - Me These writings are my observations and perspectives, some full of laughter and fun, others painful and dark, suffocating, leaving me with nowhere to run. ✿✿✿✿✿✿✿ A collection of unedited prose I wrote extemporaneously (ages 19-), as well as quotes. This book contains my: Poems - & Quotes 176-. Third Volume of My Poems & Quotes. Feel free to check out Volumes I and II labelled as ❛Body❜ and ❛Mind❜ on my profile. Please don't forget to vote and comment because I love interacting with you guys and learning more about you all! :D ✿✿✿✿✿✿✿

"You've got to cool down on all this black lives matter stuff baby. You're fighting so hard yet these officers out here are still going to do what they wanna do. I'm not going to lose you at one of these not so peaceful protests. I know you care, but they'll get what comes to them in due time." "Tell me this, Meech, if it were you laying in a casket, six feet under, would you still want me to "cool down" on it? Or would you want me and all the other black lives matter advocates to get you the justice that you so graciously deserve?" He sighed, raking his fingers in his low cut hair in defeat as he plopped down on the edge of my bed. Though he knew I was right, he would never admit it, his ego would never allow him to. I stood between his legs and hugged his head as his cheek pressed against my stomach and his arms wrapped around me. My left cheek rested on the top of his head as his grip on me tightened and I kissed his crown of his head and released my grip on him. I headed to my night stand and grabbed my gallon of milk, took one last look a my discombobulated boyfriend, before blowing him a sweet kiss, and headed to the protest that was taking place near campus. It's not as if Demetrius didn't know what he was getting himself into, after all, we did meet at a black lives matter protest.

All live matters until black lives matter why? Because there is to much death why? Because we are people why? Because god loves us to. This a piece I wrote which I'm stating my opinions on the black lives matter movement and what I've seen on the social media which I shouldn't be worried about at the age of 15. People die to much and I want to convince people why they should sand by us.

This short story will take a very short amount of time but it has a big important message in it. It is about social injustice and how I, or any other whites, would have to go through the pain that African-Americans have been going through ever since the age of slavery in America.
