Deancest part 2

Dean, Dean Winchester aka your big brother was kissing you! You both then pull away from each other.
You: what the hell?
Dean: I'm sorry y/n. It just I have feelings for you and you're my baby sister and you have feelings for me and this thing is messed up!
You: Tell me about it.
Dean: was that why you left?
You: Yeah.
You saw that your answer hurt Dean, but what could you say to him? "Oh hi Dean listen I have feelings for you, but your my big brother and I'm leaving bye."
You: I...I'm sorry Dean.
Your brothers, especially Dean hated seeing that you were upset.
You: if you want to can leave.
Dean: No, I'm not loosing you again. Ever.

Those words echoed in your head all night. "I'm not loosing you again. Ever." You knew loving your brother was wrong, hell having feelings for him was wrong, but you couldn't help it. You loved Dean, you were in love with him. You were just laying in the hospital bed, your brothers were in the waiting room asleep, the doctors told them to go home, but they wanted to stay. You look at the clock and it said 2:47am, you couldn't sleep. Your eyes were heavy, you wanted to sleep, but you couldn't. You wished that the doctors could give you more medicine to help you, but nope. You then sit up, but you were in a bit of pain, you remove the blanket and you see the cuts from your accident. You then feel your head and there was a big bump on it from when you hit your head against it. You wished that you died in that accident, you wished that you could end it all, but you couldn't because Cas or Crowley or your brothers would stop you. You then unhook the ivs from you and you go get changed. You were sore, but you couldn't stand to be in the hospital anymore. You put on a batman t-shirt, your leather jacket, jeans, and vans. You then throw your hospital gown on the bed and you sneak away quietly. You then see your brothers in the waiting room fast asleep, then you heard a scream. You grab your gun and you run to where the scream came from.
You: WHAT'S GOING ON?!
A vampire is in the hospital and she looks at you.
Vampire: you smell delicious.
You: hate to break it you, but I'm not your midnight snack.
You shoot the vampire in the head. You had the colt with you and she fell to the ground.
You: told you I wasn't your midnight snack, bitch.
You grab the vampire's dead body and you had to get rid of it, you then say she was "shot" and the doctors tried to help her, but she was pronounced dead. You then walk past the waiting room. You go to a vending machine, to get some food and a drink. You got a power bar and a bottle of water.
Dean: GONE?! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU MEAN SHE'S GONE?!
Sam: Calm down!
Sam and Dean walk away all pissed and you were hiding behind the vending machine.
Sam: Hey, wasn't that closer to the wall?
Dean: Yeah it was. Maybe some punk tried to unplug it so they can try to get some food.
You were screwed, your brothers were strong, they then start pushing it back, but you were trying to hold them back.
Dean: what the hell ? Just leave it Sam.
Sam: Okay.
Sam and Dean walk away.
You step from behind the vending machine and you followed your brothers, but you made sure that they couldn't see you. Sam and Dean get in the impala and they drive off.
You: wait for me guys...
The impala was then turning away from the hospital. Your brothers thought you "ran away", but you killed a vampire that was in the hospital, and you didn't bother waking up your brothers. Your car was a complete wreck and you didn't know who to call.
You: Cas, I need you.
Cas: hello y/n.
You: Cas, can you heal me please?
Cas: of course.
Cas then heals all your cuts and everything and you hug him tight.
You: Thank you Cas!
Cas was just confused.
You: Cas you can wrap your arms around me, it's fine.
Cas wraps his arms around you, but it's awkward because Cad didn't understand the concept of a hug.
You: Can you take me to my brothers please Cas?
Cas: ummm okay...
Dean and Sam arrived back to the motel, they were pissed off, then Cas and you appear in the room. You fall to the ground.
Sam: Cas? Y/n?
You: h....hi guys.
You hid behind Cas.
Dean: why are you hiding behind Cas?
You: no reason...
Sam: y/n.
You: he's my guardian angel?
Dean: Nope. Try again.
You: He's my best friend?
Sam: nope.
You come out from behind Cad and you look at your brothers.
You: I'm afraid of you guys yelling at me.
Your brothers then did yell at you and they grounded you. You were sitting in your motel room, laying on your bed , looking at the ceiling. You close your eyes and you see the flames from when your mom died, but your mom wasn't there, you open your eyes, your family was looking at you. They were down below you and you felt a knife slash against your stomach and then the fire started behind you burning you. You then start screaming, you wake up. Your breathing was heavy, your heart racing almost like it was going to jump out of your chest. You get up and you go to the bathroom to wash your face. You splashed some cold water onto your face and you wipe your face with a towel. You walk out of the bathroom and you go back into your room, you close the door and there was a shadow on your bed.
You: Dean?
Dean: I heard you screaming.
You: Just a nightmare Dean, it's nothing.
Dean: Nothing?
You: I'm fine. *smiles*
Dean: I don't believe you.
You: Dean I'm fine really. Go big Sam.
Dean: He's asleep.
You: are you drinking or eating pie? Or are you doing both?
Dean: there's no beer and no pie. I was laying on the couch, then I heard you scream. What were you screaming about y/n?
You: nothing Dean, it was just a stupid nightmare. You don't have to worry about me.
Dean then pushes you against the wall, he was stronger and bigger than you, you couldn't even push him away.
You: What are you doing?
Dean: You really scared me, when the nurse said you were gone.
You: I hate being in hospitals dean. plus I killed vampire there. I had the colt and shot her in the head. *smirks*
Dean then presses his lips onto your lips, then he begins kissing your neck, he was slipping his hands underneath your shirt. You were loving it, but you part of you wanted it to stop.
You: Dean...
Dean: shut up.
Dean kept kissing you, then he picks you up and he carries you to the bed and he lays you on the bed. He takes off his shirt and he was shirtless, Dean then hovers over you and he starts kissing you again.
