Power: She is forgotten by anyone as soon as they leave bUt her power can be dampened by a mixture of myrrh, forget me nots and some other herbs that Rue came up with. If one carries a small packet of them (like a hex bag) then they won't forget her
Personality: usually she's brooding and quiet because what's the point of getting to know people because she's going to be forgotten but then
once you can't forget her, she will make sure you don't

Backstory: A good place to start would probably be 100 years ago. A witch cursed her family so that the first born daughter of every generation would be forgotten always. And now fast forwards to when Calliope was born. She was the first born, obviously. Anyways, one day when she was a baby her parents turned away from her and forgot her. Fortunately the Ringleader found her stranded and raised her in the circus along with Rue. While Rue was trained to be a fortune teller for his own tent, Calliope became an acrobat and trapezist much like her mentor the Ringleader was. Because of the fact that everyone forgot her, she became the main event that people returned to see. They would always remember the amazing show but never the girl preforming. The popularity she gained as well as her incredible skill gained her the stage names "Queen of the Heavens" or "Woman From The Sky" (seeing as nobody remembered how old she was everyone assumed she was a woman not a child). Calliope and Rue grew up best friends, and he was actually the one that found out about the herbs that cancel out her power. The two were inseparable (because they were afraid to forget) until the day Rue ran away. She knew that it wasn't safe for her there anymore because she knew that the boy who cut Rue's face liked her but she wasn't into him and given the fact he lashed out on Rue so bad, it wouldn't end well for her either.
