Good morning peoples.
It's been months we met here. I hope you all must be doing fine ❤❤
Since I was missing FTLS terribly I managed to write this chapter with absolutely no idea how to turned out. Consider it as a filler chapter. Will try to update the next chapter after my practicals.

Till hit star button if you like this chapter.
Will come up with next part soon 😀

Men are not punished for their sins, but by them.
-Elbert Hubbard

There were many lessons which I learned in childhood, one of them was about karma. I remembered Biji and her words about the good deeds, about humanity, about the paap and punya. But as I grew up her words started to fade away and I started to live my life more with a practical approach but today, after years I'm unable to stop myself from recalling her words. She was right was goes around comes back and after seeing my father in law today I can't stop myself from agreeing on same. The bedridden man in front of me is not the man I saw last, he is not the Vishwanathan Iyyer whom I hate, he is the Vishwanathan Iyyer who became the human to pity. He lost his appetite, his appearance changed, the man who once hurt us with his sword like tongue, cannot speak properly today. And I guess this is the wonder of time. I have taken this decision found against my wife but now it started to scare me, her full pregnancy, the childbirth, and state of this man.

I hope this whirlwind of situations doesn't affect her.

"Hello, Raman."

"Hi, Dr. Alok. How's Mr. Iyyer now? The nurse found blood in his vomit last night."

"Oh yes that he told me. It's pretty normal Raman. The cancer is in its last stage, it will show its effect."

"Oh. Anything else we can do."

"There is nothing you can do Raman. Absolutely nothing. We already discussed it previously. Always how's Ishita?"

"She is good just resting." Raman escorted doctor till they reached in the living hall. After exchanging some formal greeting over a cup of tea he bid him bye and dropped himself on the couch.

"What happened Raman?" He composed himself seeing his father who kept his hand on his shoulder. He made space for the old man and started to look everywhere blankly.

"I can understand your turmoil but don't let yourself affect with it. You have to stay strong for Ishita."

"It's not easy the way it looks. She never agreed to keep him but it was me who pressured her. I don't know if she is comfortable with it or not."

"She must be. Stop worrying unnecessarily Raman. She is fine and it's completely normal if she doesn't want to interact with him. whatever you are doing its an act of humanity and you have no need to rethink about it. For now, Ishita should be your first priority,  we are here to handle rest." Raman smiled hearing his father words and nodded his head. As he shot his head upward he smiled looking at his wife who was roaming in passage along Jai, engrossed in some fun conversation. He climbed stairs with big steps and hugged his wife who widened her eyes with a sudden gesture. He gently wrapped the stole around her shoulders and took her in his arms.
