This is my Fair Tail oc! She is Lucy's little sister,3 years younger than Lucy. Has a pet monkey,her guild symbol is on her back right below where her crop top ends! She can use time & space against people so she can make spaces around people small & she can make people talk faster or slower for a few minutes or she can make someone slower by a minute for races & stuff. She wears that pocket watch no matter what & will flip out when its missing. She dislikes Natsu & loves Gray! Her monkey is named Silver & she somewhat gets along with Happy. Nellie is scared of yelling & bugs & she highly hates the cold but if she has to she will deal with it. Thats all I have for her so far(i havent seen FairyTail for awhile & havent rped it so i will need major help)
