~Little Turtle

--------------------------------------------------

"You know nothing about love!" Screamed a voice. I turned to stick my face in the Female Thor's face.

"You know nothing about what I know and don't know!" I yelled back. The furious blonde's eyes sparked.

"You are only a child, you know nothing of love!" She repeated. I grabbed her wrist and twisted it. Red in the corners of my vision.

"I am not a child!" I roared in her face. She-Thor grabbed my wrist and twisted it so I let go of hers.

"You are a child! You are stupid and petty! You do not know love!" I ripped my wrist from her titaness grasp.

"So just because you are a little older than I you know everything about it. In reality you are no less petty than you think I am!" I retort. I felt electricity popping as our rage combined in a power convergence.

"No you are a child, the only thing you know is your ridiculous music!" I saw red. I slammed her into a pillar.

"Don't you dare speak of that!" A double voice echoed around the room. I realized it was mine.

"You are not special, you are a poor exceuse of a Goddess! You are not a Pureblood, you are not a Fullblood! You are mangy, filthy, Rotblood! You're father was a fool to love that Terran painted woman!" She spat. I slammed her into the pillar with all my strength.

"You dare speak of my mother like that! You are a poor exceuse of a Goddess! You care not of the lesser! They are what keeps this world alive! I do not understand how your father could raise such a brainless inconsiderate WITCH! You are not a Fullblood nore a Pureblood, you couldn't even be a Rotblood! Even they have less audacity than you! You have no respect! You are greedy and have no patience! You are not kind, you are not faithful! You have no fortitude, you have no justice, you give no charity, you have no temperance! You are ungrateful, envious, prideful and you have the insolence to say I know not of love!" I boomed in a now triple voice. Then it slowly faded away.

"You have done this, my mother has been taken and brutally tortured! My father has been trapped because of you're magic and I am the one to clean up you're messes! No more! I am going to get my mother back and I will gladly die in the process. Because I love her and I will not let any more of this go on." My voice dropped to normal and the red in my vision faded. I blinked it away and was able to look at her clearly.

"My brother is mortally ill. He is going to die if I don't do this. This is my family. My power. My blood. I don't know how my plan will work or if I will make it out alive. People are supposed to trust you with their lives. Where I would not trust you with the life of a knat. I am no longer your maid-in-waiting. Find another to clean up your messes. And I hope that they will be more fortunate than I." I let go of her my voice quiet. I leaned on the pillar opposite of the She-Thor.

"I do not know how to go on. I know not of what I can do to fix this. Are you happy, Princess? I am broken. There is nothing you can do to fix it. I hope you have a fruitful life." With that I turned and began to walk away. I saw my shadow as I walked. It was a broken shadow. It was me. And I left the throne room.

Third Person's POV

"Goddess Adelanna?" Asked a timid lower Goddess as she reached out a hand. Adelanna wiped her tears away with her arm.

"Do not touch me." She meant to snap but sounded like she had been broken down bit by bit.

"But, Goddess Adelanna, I-" Adelanna turned away.

"Leave me." She ordered in a loud voice. All of the lesser maids-in-waiting silenced and quietly filed out. Once the door closed Adelanna looked up at a mirror. But she did not see her beautiful face. Staring back at her was a spoiled princess.

"What have I done?" She whispered and sank onto the floor feeling, not for herself for the first time, but for the poor Goddess she had brutally abused her entire life.
