some tips on how to keep ur episode story interesting. You don't have to use these all to make a good episode if you just want to add some more spice to your story read:- Have some drama
in stories keeps your story interesting and wanting the gossip
for example: family drama, romantic drama, the drama between other characters
- Let your readers make choices.
You don't have to put a choice in every single episode chapter but keeping the choices and opinions of your readers consistently throughout the story doesn't make your story bland
for example: letting your readers choose outfits, simple choices like fav color etc, letting them choose what to say, choosing a between two lovers, or a choice that completely alters the direction of the story
-Put extras in the background of your episodes.
adding extras in your story brings your story more to life.
for example: if your characters are at school have random characters pass through the halls or have a couple fight in the background, or if your characters are at a club, let your extras have their own little backstory, have multiple extras dancing or drinking, or doing whatever, you can't have like 4 people in a party.
* And make sure to occasionally have your extras move around if you have extras in the background that just stand there your story will look boring and not alive*
-Plot twists
Its ok to have a plot twist in your story put predictable plot twist seem cliche. But an insane plot twist that ties in with your story is unforgettable you want your readers to say/think,"WTF I can't believe that just happened!", this will keep your readers wanting to know more about the story after a huge plot twist happens because it sets the story in a different direction so I recommend having the plot twist in the middle.
To have a plot twist at the end of your story works as well depending on your plot
But when I read a plot twist in the middle of the story I want to read even more.-Romance
Even if your story isn't completely about romance don't be afraid to add a bit of it to keep the story interesting.
-Ending an episode on a cliffhanger
doing this is the number one thing that makes me want to continue to the next chapter and then the next til I get to the end. Makes your reader keep wanting to come back for more. Once something crucial is discovered or the character is in danger and we don't know if they will die or not and the episode ends there I have to read the next episode to find out what happens.
