"Oi, stop running in the hallways!"

The Principal shouted, glaring after a guilty looking child. "Do you not know the rules of this school?" He continued his lecture. "The rules state that all students must walk in the hallways. Recess is not going anywhere, but neither would you if you continue running."

"Yes, Mr. Principal." Mumbled the child, shuffling.

"Good. Now, walk to the recess area. And if I see you doing that again, you will get a detention." The Principal Finished his lecture, turned, and walked away to get lost in his thoughts.

He overheard a friend of the kid. "Don't worry. Sometimes, I think his brain is the school rule book."

The Principal is a calm person. He usually doesn't interact with the students unless he had to. He enjoyed having to embrace the rules, though some of the children need to be reminded constantly. He's easy to give out detentions, in hopes of stopping the kid. The Principal sighed and leaned against the wall, glancing around. He spotted Baldi's room, and he couldn't help but smile lightly.

Baldi is someone who The Principal enjoys to hang out with. Though he suspects that the bald teacher likes him, and he returned the feelings. The Principal, however, wasn't certain about it, trying to ensure it by hanging out with Baldi. Baldi seems to push him away a lot, though. During their now usual walks, The Principal was the usual one talking. He's so interested in me. Thought the Principal.

He poked his head into the room, and noticed that Baldi wasn't present. Strange, he's never late for classes. Yet again, he's never missing at all in the school. The Principal frowned.

"Gotta, sweep sweep sweep!" Sang a familiar voice. The Principal turned and noticed the somehow not questioning alive broom dusting up the floors as it came over.

"Sweep!" The Principal called, his eyes locked on the broom.

Sweep 'looked' up. "Oh, hey there boss! Want to check out my sweeping skills? Hand it to me straight, I got the best sweeping across the school!"

"Yes, you do a pleasant job at doing what you are designed to do." The Principal sighed. "Otherwise, we would have got rid of you."

"Oh, Boss, you don't mean that! So, whatcha doing near Mr. Baldi's room?" The Broom twirls, picking up dust on accident. The Principal coughed.

"I was just snooping around. It is my job to check in on your work ethics and-"

"No need to be so formal, Boss! We are all friends!" The broom chanted, cleaning up his small act with the dust.

"... And I wished to speak with him. Have you seen him?"

"Nope, that bald mop head never talks to me, even when I sweep sweep sweep his messes!" Sweep complained. "I'm the most helpful janitor and the guy thanks me by kicking me out of his room whenever he gives a quiz! Can you believe that guy?"

The Principal groaned faintly. "You are quite talkative today."

"You rarely talk to me as well, Boss! I'm always alone sweep sweep sweeping up everyone's messes and cleaning your detention room! That sock puppet is the only one willing to talk to me, but one time I had two notebooks and he had none and it went-" The broom made an explosion noise. "Not fun, Boss. I need at least a dustpan with me."

"I will take note of that." The Principal replies. "Have you seen anyone running down the halls? If not, I shall look for Baldi."

"Nope! I'm too busy Sweep sweep sweeping up these beautiful halls to ensure everything is nice and clean for yours truly." The broom replied happily.

The Principal nodded. "Thank you." He made forth to walk away from the broom, but Sweep stopped him.

"Oh, Yeah! Boss, hope you don't mind this, but you should really work on your monotoned pitch. Try to be more excited, like me!" The broom twirls, then continued his way singing.

The Principal scoffed, then turned and walked away to search for the Mathematics teacher.
