Niall Imagine for Delaney :)

She won the contest so please do not ask for a personal imagine because I unless there is a contest in progress I do not offer any personal imagines, but feel free to imagine yourself in Delaney's place for this preference and if you want the chance to win a personal imagine such as the one you are getting ready to read, then keep an eye out for the next time I host a contest!!

(Niall's P.O.V.)

"I'm so nervous" I muttered to Harry but more to myself than anyone. I stood in my bathroom simply fumbling with the collared shirt I was wearing getting ready for today. I was taking Delaney to Disney today and I plan on asking her to marry me. It's her dream proposal so the nerves are eating me alive that I might mess it up. "Mate, you'll do fine, and you know she will say yes." Harry said standing in the back of the room barely visible in the mirror. "Do I look okay? Or does my hair look stupid? Do you think this shirt is too bright? Maybe I should change it-" Harry stepped towards me and placed his hands on my shoulders as he let out a small laugh "Niall. Calm down, just breath. You look fine, pretty spiffy if I do say so myself" Harry said with a cheeky grin. I took one last look in the mirror then felt for the velvet box in my pocket. I enclosed my hand over it holding it safe in my pocket until it was time. I let out a deep and relieving sigh "..Okay.." I said physically shaking off the nerves as I walked out the restroom to see Delaney standing by the door. "You're the slowest man I've ever met" She said flashing her captivating smile at me, I smiled and wrapped my arm around her waist. When we walked out into the big Disney park little kids screamed in excitement as they spotted their favorite characters and parents did their best to contain the children. It was such a heart-warming feeling to see everyone so happy together. I took Delaney's hand in mine and we walked in front of the big Cinderella castle that was so famously known. "It's all so beautiful, I love it here" She said smiling looking up at the giant structure that towered over everything in the park. I watched her as she admired the simple things in her life, I can't believe how lucky I am. I'm about to ask my best friend, the girl of my dreams to marry me, and honestly nothing could be better. "You're so beautiful, you know that?" She smiled cheekily and pushed me a bit in the shoulder. "You're not so bad yourself Mr. Horan." I smiled at her sarcasm. "Delaney.."  I said as I took her small hand in mine and lowered myself to one knee. "You are my best friend.." I started my speech and could already see the tears begin to gather in her stunning eyes. I smiled at her beautiful reaction. "I've spent 2 years with you and I really hope you give me the opportunity to spend the rest of my life with you. Delaney, my beautiful Delaney, will you do me the honor of marrying me? Please?" Tears were already streaming lightly down her cheeks as she took in what was happening. Without any hesitation she jumped into my arms and she kissed me more passionately than I have ever experienced. I held her in my arms as she placed her forehead against mine. "I would love to" She said smiling before kissing me again.
