Being a textiles student I have to design a lot. Often with given themes and so I found designing Stephanie really fun.
Because she's a wolf I gave her the same wolf design from the latest game Sonic Forces but giving her a little hair and different side hair. Then for the tiger stripes I referenced Jian the Tiger from the Archie Comics.

I designed the outfit myself but tried not to make it too flashy. But keeping everything to the same colour scheme. As the dress was rather simple I have the gloves and shoes a little more detail. The shoes are meant to be something like small heeled trainers, fashionable and practical.
And I also added the butterfly clip in the story I wrong you. ^^ and you may also notice that the butterfly clip and eye colour are the same. Because Stephanie is a mysterious character I researched what colour represents mysterious, and it's purple. And I made her eyes a pastel purple because pastel colours are most associated with children or newborns, a sense of innocence. The reason for the eyes and clip being the same colour because it's an indication that Espio knows Stephanie's personality really well.
Also because I'm a sucker for symbolism the balloon is the closet colour I could get to Espio. Anyway I hope you like this design and I hope you had a brilliant birthday!
