Back in the center of the old castle town, I quickly made my way towards the Temple of Time.
I didn't run into any trouble on my way, probably because I was part of this all now. The Temple of Time looked the same as when I left Hyrule, on the outside at least.
When I reached the inside, I clenched my fists in anger.
It was filled with uselessness, "Treasure" I'm sure that was piled here by the Grudeo. They were treating this like it was a dumping ground for whatever didn't fit in the castle.
It made me sick to see such a sacred place treated so poorly, and Ganondorf knew it too. If anyone knew the importance of this place, it was him.
I have a choice to make now, wait it out, being a "good servant" and then ask for this to be fixed, I could fix it myself, or go and demanded that it be fixed.
Fixing it myself is the wisest option right now. It may take me quite awhile, but it will be worth it. I need at least one bit of the old Hyrule. The Temple being fixed isn't as important as some things tough, like finding out what the blood scroll says, and fulfilling whatever tasks Ganondorf gives me.
I can't stay in the temple long, seeing it this way crushes me. When I return, I'm taken up to a tower. It's far away from anyone else who lives here, which is an advantage for me, and one i will likely need quite often. After I'm left to myself. I notice a note;
"You need one to read the scroll, an ancient person. This person is alive and will aid you, for a price."
I started at the letter for a moment before realizing, Kotake.
She's, quite old. Her knowledge in magic, dark magic in particular makes sense now.
But what is she going to make me do in exchange for her translating it?
I tried to think of what I'm facing if I do ask her for help, but my thoughts stop when I notice the rest of the room.
This was the princess' room, Princess Zelda....
I panicked for a moment, but I'm not sure why. I feel as if I've forgotten something important. My mind slips farther away as I gaze out the window, remembering a dream I had once.
The land was covered in darkness, which was broken by a boy with a fairy, who held a green, shining stone in his hands.
Why do I remember this?
