Like I said, everyone is pretty close so your best friend would be either their best friend or a close friend

Eren -

When your best friend dies, Eren will be at your side instantly, holding you and trying to calm you down he best he can with his words which is mainly just "sweetheart" over and over and it gets more and more emotional each time.

Levi -

Will push aside his duties to be with you in your mourning. Uses shitty humour because that's our Levi. Gently cradles you silently. He's hella soft trying to make you feel better and loved. He'll mainly just kiss your forehead and if he says anything it'll be "I won't leave."

Armin-

Endless cuddles. Your just crying and sobbing and shaking really badly so he'll hold you, mostly silently, an on the occasion he'll speak soothing words. He understands if you want to be alone but he'll tell you that he'll be right here if you want him.

Jean -

He'll hold you quietly, pressing kisses to your forehead every so often and rocking you back in forth as you cling to him and cry. He'd say "Don't cry, love, please don't cry."

Marco -

He'll wrap you in a hug and won't let you go. You bury your face in his shoulder and sob. He'll stroke your hair and rub your shoulders with those soft hands of his and whisper "they're safe now, baby"

Connie -

You refuse to leave your friends body so Connie resolves to stay there with you, hugging you close as you bawl. He doesn't bother trying to say anything, he knows nothing he says will lessen the crushing grief and remorse you're feeling. Once you calm down enough to allow yourself to be led away from the corpse's side, he'll hold you head to his chest whilst you hug him and he'll whisper "I'm still here, I'll always be here"
