6 months later...

Location: Tokyo, Japan

"Charlotte, here let me put your veil on," Maia says picking up the pearlescent white clothe and clipping it behind the bun on my head.

"And here's your bouquet Mrs. Hanyu," Tessa smiles passing me the lavender and baby blue bundle of flowers.

"Are you nervous?" Ashley questions flattening out her brides' maid dress

"A little... I mean I should be excited but I can't help but let my nerves get the better of me" I laugh nervously.

"Don't worry! It's normal for a bride to be nervous on her big day" Maia adds flattening out the train of my dress.

After 6 months a lot of things can happen. Maia and Alex managed to land a sponsorship from Minute Made and are teaching a bunch of new beginner skaters at Arctic Edge skating club the basics of skating. Evgenia toured around Japan for the first three weeks of her off-season break and had her trip of a lifetime as she got to indulge in the culture she is oh so into. Ashley and Adam have a job set up as the new NBC commentators once they retire and will be taking over after Tara and Johnny. Shoma's been setting up his university dorm for the next school year and has asked me to teach him the piano seeing as he's taken an interest in it. Javi has recently adopted two dogs named, Arthur and Harry, and is planning on proposing to his longtime girlfriend Miki after he retires.

As for me and Yuzuru, things have been going steady after the rocky season. After all the trouble with Romano has come to an end, the two of us decided to make sure our relationship only went up from there. Yuzuru proposed to me (properly) and has given me a ring just as beautiful as the one from before. We bought ourselves a condo downtown near the Cricket Club so that practice wouldn't be a problem. I've never been happier these past few months and I honestly have Yuzuru to thank for that. I wouldn't imagine my life any other way than spending it with the person who gave me so much to live for.

"Hey, are you ready squirt?" Coach knocks from behind the door

"Coming!" I shout

I open the door and there stands Coach Orser all dazzled up in a nice black suit and pastel blue tie. Yuzuru and I chose pastel blue and gold as our color theme for the wedding, one reason being pastel blue is his Chopin color, the other is that Yuzu wouldn't settle for less than gold.

"I'm a little nervous but I think I'll manage," I say, shooting Coach a nervous laugh

"Don't worry, if you can glide across the ice looking like a princess I'm sure you can make it across the aisle without falling" he jokes

I loop my arm through Coach's and the two of us make our way out to the Cherry Blossom garden where the guests are standing seated and Yuzuru stands at the end of the altar. I take a deep breath and nod to Saya at the piano who volunteered to play for us. As the music starts, we make our way down the aisle and I feel myself take a breath of relief. All eyes are on me and for once I don't feel nervous at all because I know he's there at the end.

"Alright, your Prince awaits" Coach smiles unlooping his arm from mine and letting me stand at the front.

I wait in anticipation as Yuzuru moves the veil from my face and I finally get to see him in all his glory.

"There you are. I'm glad that you're going to become the Mrs. Hanyu I always wanted," Yuzuru whisper while tucking a stray hair behind my ear.

"Don't worry because you're everything I could ever dream of in a husband Yuzuru" I whisper back

"We have gathered here today to celebrate the marriage between..." the Priest begins

I quickly whisper something that I've always wanted to tell him before the Priest goes through all his blessings and prayers.

"Thank you, Yuzuru. For being the one to give me love"
