Obito was in love with Rin, so it's clear that he's heterosexual. Madara might be homosexual, but I'm still under the assumption that he's bisexual. He seemed interested in Mei, but is obsessed with - well, we all know whom.
Their canon sexualities aside, they don't make a cute couple and there's the fact that Madara is mega dead. Madara saved Obito's life, but he also kinda turned him into a mindless minion. So, this could technically be considered mental//emotional abuse and that kills it for me...
