When Virgil was called into Thomas's living room, he was greeted by the smiling faces of Thomas, Patton, Logan, and Roman. He looked around for a camera, but he didn't see one set up.

"Is this a video?" He asked.

"What, I can't call you just to hang out? You're one of us, Virgil. Sometimes we just wanna get together and have fun without a camera." Thomas said.

"You're one of us and we wouldn't have it any other way!" Patton grinned.

"I gotta admit, even I miss having you around sometimes, Emo Extreme." Roman smirked.

Virgil tried to hide his smile in his jacket. He hated to admit it to himself, even if he knew it was true. He was head over heels for Roman. The game of love is a tricky one, but smooth sailing can be a reality if you go about it the right way. It was like Virgil's heart had wings, and whenever Roman complimented Virgil in even the slightest way, he could feel the pleasant fluttering.

He was growing closer to Roman as well. He didn't want to get his hopes up, but he suspected that his feelings might be returned. Maybe as they could continue to grow as friends... It could then move onto something more.

However, Virgil shook thoughts of Roman out of his mind when he heard Thomas revealed his plans for their afternoon.

"We just did a SandersSides video on moving on and forwards in our lives, but I did some thinking, and with this theme of moving on, maybe we could take some time to look back. We could reflect on the past and see how far we've come." Thomas said. "We can rewatch our old SandersSides videos, or even ones that are a bit more recent. We can watch the whole playlist if you want— just for the visit to the past."

Patton made popcorn and passed out bowls to each of the five Sanders men. They all got comfy on Thomas's couch, and frankly, it was a wonder all five of them fit comfortably. Virgil was sitting next to Roman. He noticed it, but ignored it. After all, he encounters Roman almost daily in Thomas's mind palace. Even if he did have a crazy crush on him, it shouldn't be that hard to act normal while being this close to him.

They rewatched the first ever SandersSides video, made so long ago.

"You all were so lame back then." Virgil snickered. "Losers."

"Please, Virgil, I rocked the stereotypical teacher role back then." Logan said.

"You still do." Patton told him.

"Why, thank you, Patton." Logan said.

Roman turned to Virgil. "See, that could be us but you playin."

"Maybe if you swallowed your ego a bit it could work." Virgil replied.

"Not the only thing I swallo—"

"ROMAN!" Patton scolded.

"Sorry, Patton." Roman apologized.

The next video played, a video with only Patton and Thomas.

"Thomas, did you voice a... stove?" Virgil asked.

"Don't judge me." Thomas said.

The third video they watched was the one where the tables turned, and the other four got to tease Virgil about his beginnings, as Virgil had been teasing them.

"Aww, you were so cute back then!" Patton grinned.

Virgil couldn't figure out why Roman was staring at Patton weirdly.

"I remember filming with Lilly. That was amazing." Thomas said, reminiscing.

Virgil stared at his past self on the screen.
