Sky Carter used to be a captive of the Galra. (Voltron fandom btw) It was common for his kind to change genders at will until marriage, the couple would have to give up the powers and will remain the gender they choose. When he was kidnapped at eleven, he was a slave in both labor and the Galra's own pleasure. At the age of fifteen, he risked his life to escape. He now has trouble trusting others and does not know how to deal with his emotions well.
