"Alright, Cara get in the car quick, Garth is waiting for us," Dylan says, rushing towards the drivers seat, Tyler throwing him the car keys from the other side of the car.
"Garth sounds sketchy. I don't even know why I'm doing this. Actually, maybe you'll hopefully kill me, then you'll put me out of my misery," I state, getting in the back seat not wanting to sit near them.
"No ones killing anyone," Tyler says.
"Oh, what a shame," I say sarcastically, as Dylan starts the car and starts driving.
"Cara, I know you don't believe us and I know the idea of vampires sound absurd, but you have to believe us," Tyler starts again.
"Yeah ok. Let me guess, i'm in the new remake of Twilight," I say again sarcastically.
"Cara, it's really true. Why are you making jokes?" Tyler asks, slightly amused that I didn't seem too worked up. Well, too late.
"I don't know, Tyler! Maybe i'm a little freaked out. It's not everyday two hot actors call you on your phone and say they're vampires!"
"You think we're hot," Dylan smirks, one hand on the wheel.
"Dylan, not the time!" I yell back. "How long is this drive to wherever the fuck you're taking me?"
"An hour," Tyler says.
"Great. I'll be in the back if you're looking for a neck to bite with your fangs," I say, laying down.
I tried to go to sleep, but there was no use.
I guess Tyler and Dylan thought I was sleeping since I heard them talking.
"Dylan I don't know what to do," Tyler croaks out. "I don't think she'll ever trust us again."
"Her dad said that we have to get her for the prophecy or whatever shit they're all talking about and---"
"Excuse me," I bolt up. "We're not in Harry Potter. I'm not going to say, 'i'm a what.' So before I go more crazy than I already am, please fill me in on what the fuck you just said."
"You're a... prophecy I guess," Dylan shrugged.
"How. What? Oh my god, you guys are on acid. Shit Dylan, don't be driving when you're high," I say, not really knowing what I was saying.
"No. No one is on acid. No one is dying. No one is rapists here. No ones a wizard. No ones in Twilight. But me and Tyler are vampires. You're a prophecy. The reason is because your the daughter of the... I guess you could say 'vampire gods' and you're the only one that could save the vampire generations," Dylan explained.
"So i'm like Percy Jackson, but less cool and more deadly?" I ask, making yet another movie reference.
"Sure, if you want to put it that way, then yeah, I guess," Dylan says.
"And you're saying my dad is a vampire. What about my mom?"
"I don't know about your mom. All we know about you is your dad. He's one of the leaders in our group. Garth even works for him. It'll be better if they explain to you when we get there," Tyler says.
"That's reassuring," I roll my eyes sarcastically staring out the window.
After a few more minutes of silence, I heard a faint voice of Dylan saying. "We're here."
I glance quickly outside to see what's outside but since it was dark, I decided to get out of the car.
We were at the start of an alleyway somewhere in Los Angeles. We were standing outside a barber shop.
"Oh fuck. Now we're in Kingsman. Great," I sarcastically say.
"Sick movie reference," Dylan laughs.
I look at the name of the barber shop and read, "Drac's Barber Shop...That makes total sense."
Tyler lifts his eyebrows quickly in agreement walking towards the door. I noticed that the barber's pole out front wasn't red, white, and blue. It was red and black.
I felt nervousness shoot up in my body as Dylan quickly grabbed my hand, probably seeing the fear in my eyes. "It's okay. There's nothing to worry about."
I grip his hand tight. "I wish I could believe that."
We walked in the "barber shop" and there were barely anything in the shop except for this desk in the middle of the room with a woman standing behind it.
"Selene," Dylan starts looking her dead in the face. "This is Cara." She was a pretty, tall woman in her mid 20's who wore a black, tight dress.
The woman's eyes widened and clapped her hands together. "Please, go through."
She let us pass behind the desk which was the rest of the room but a door in the far back. It was a plain black door which we went through.
There was a spiral staircase leading down, which looked like something from the medieval times. No one said a word up until now.
"Where. The. Fuck. Are. We. Going. Now?" I say annoyed at all the stairs.
No one responded to me and a few minutes later we reached the end of the staircase.
It was a long tunnel that was made of tinted gold material.
"Now we are really in Kingsman," I roll my eyes. It was a mysterious place, and I was honestly pretty excited to see what was going to happen next.
"Kane is coming to pick us up right now," Tyler tells us.
"In what?" I ask.
"In that," Dylan points amused at a figure coming down the tunnel. It was a train that went faster than my thoughts could process.
It was more like a tram. It stopped shortly in front of us and the front of the tram's doors flew up. There, a twenty something year old man sat giving a playful smirk. He was wearing a leather jacket and black jeans, with his hair slicked back. He was handsome and looked dangerously mysterious.
"So I heard you needed a ride," He smirked, his one hand on the tram's wheel. "Hop in."
