I drew this a couple days ago, and I am happy with how it turned out. I loved the original design for Madoka as a goddess, but I felt like it was lacking a bit of the goddess image.
At first, I thought of using Belldandy from Ah My Goddess (Good anime, who ever hasn't seen should watch it) as a base for this picture, but then I found a really beautiful image of Neo Queen Serenity from Sailor Moon Crystal and I knew I had to use it for this image.
I wanted to also do a different dress design for Madoka to bring out more of the goddess image in here. But, I still added a few touches from her original design.
