Jack Barakat Imagine for Sophie:

So sorry I haven't updated in ages, alot of stuff has been happening with me lately, but I'm on school holidays now so I'll have plenty of time to update.

Sophie's POV:

"SOOOOPPPHHHHIIEEEEEE"

I sigh deeply. "What Jack?"

"IT'S BEST FRIEND DAY!" Jack says jumping on your bed.
Jack Barakat has been my best friend since we were born.
Our mums are friends so that's how we met.

"Alright alright, I'm getting up!" I groan.
Jack stops jumping on the bed and runs out the door to get ready.

Every Saturday is Jack and I's 'best friend day' where we would do something together without anyone else, since we are basically with Alex, Rian and Zack all the time.

Anyway, I jump in the shower doing the normal shower routine, dry my hair, straighten it, make up all that other stuff. I don't really think I have to go into too much detail.
But I end up wearing my purple skinny jeans with an all time low shirt and black converse.

Jack and I meet in the living room after getting ready.
Once I see Jack he laughs at my shirt.
"Nice shirt babe" he winks.
I blush when he calls me babe.

"You know you love it" I wink back.

Jack's POV:

"Soo... What are we doing today Jackary" Sophie says. I laugh at the name.

"I thought it was your day to choose"

"OH YAY! Lets go to the carnival!"

"Alright let's go!" I grab Sophie's hand and we start walking to the park where the carnival is being held. Who needs transportation?

*skip the walk*

Once we arrive at the carnival, Sophie drags me over to the dodgem cars.

I choose a car near the corner and Sophie goes for the one opposite me.
"YOURE GOING DOWN BARAKAT!" Sophie yells.

"Over my dead body!" I shout back.

"THAT'S THE PLANNNN" Sophie sings. I laugh a bit because this sounds so dramatic.

After much bumping and crashing our time on the dodgem cars is up.

(A/N I am Australian so I'm going to use the Australian terms of words. For example I'm going to say fairy floss instead of cotton candy :P)

"Let's go get fairy floss! My treat!" I say cheerfully. Sophie cheers before skipping over to the stand merrily.
I shake my head and chuckle and walk over to where Sophie is.

After I pay for it, Sophie immediately starts eating and I take my time, enjoying the flavour.
Once we're done Sophie goes to the bathroom to wash up quickly.

There's something I forgot to mention.. Today isn't just any ordinary best friend day... I'm hoping it will turn into.. Couples day.
Yes, I'm planning on confessing my love for Sophie. But I'm scared to do it, what if she only sees me as a friend?

Sophie's POV:

After I emerge from the bathroom, I see Jack standing there looking nervous for some reason.

I approach him slowly and place one hand on his shoulder.
"Jack? Are you okay?" He seems to snap back into reality and smiles at me.

"Yeah, I'm fine" he smiles. I don't believe him, I'll confront him when we get home.

"C'mon, let's go play some games!" Jack cheers. I laugh and follow him.

*1 hour later*

As we continue to play games. Jack ended up winning me a big stuffed bear which I named George. For some unknown reason.

"But seriously..." Jack says as we are walking towards the Ferris wheel.

"....why George?" Jack chuckles.

"Hey! It's a cute name!"

"Whatever you say sweetheart"
I blush again at the name. Dammit Jack.

Once we reach the Ferris wheel, Jack pays for us to go on, much to my dismay.
We take our seats and slowly, we rise to the top.
We stop right at the top, and all of sudden we are looking over the whole town and the hills behind it.

"It's so beautiful" I say in a daze.

"Yeah, it is. But I know something or someone, just as beautiful." Jack says.

"Oh really now, Jacks got a crushhhhhh" I teased.

"Hmm.. Maybe I do." Jack says softly.
I look over at him to see he is in deep thought.

"Jack? You okay?" I ask.

"Sophie, I love you."

"I love you too Jack" thinking he meant it In a friend way.

"No Sophie ... I really do love you, more than a friend way, I'm IN love with you, I have been for a long time now"

Woah. Am I hearing this correctly?
Does Jack Barakat love me?

"I-I love you too Jack" I say smiling.

His smile stretches from ear to ear I swear his face was going to split in half.
Jack leans in and kisses me. I kiss back with the same amount of passion.

"Will you be my girlfriend Soph?"

"Of course I will Jackary"

Best, best friend day ever.
