Okay I know this may have been a joke from the February 27th live stream when Marco said that there aren't any toilets on Mewni, which will explain why Star is wearing a diaper, but, what's Marco's excuse? And where did those pacifiers come from?
Also, not for nothing, while looking for picks I happen to come across a similar version of this but without the diapers and pacifiers, it was one of THOSEPictures, probably safer I used this pic because I don't want to show pornography on here.

What makes this a little creepy is that the person that makes Between Friends, Area, also made this. Well at least they know how to limit the NSFW-inest of their portfolio.
