so once you're happy with that open up another layer, do the same thing but for clothing ^-^
little parts/sections of the clothing may have to be done on a separate layer but eventually it can just be merged down so all of the clothing's on one layer :)
make sure you clean everything up before merging them though.
and of course other sections of the drawing. (like the hair)
once you're happy with everything, go to your background layer and add a background :)
