Mia's POV
"Hey Rachel, Mercedes" I smile as Kurt and I join the two girls who are strutting down the hallway.
"Hello Hummels" Rachel beams
"This is amazing. Ever since we won sectionals, everyone is treating us differently" Mercedes chuckles
"I feel like Lady Gaga." Kurt admits
"Get used to it guys, we're stars now!" Rachel beams.
"On par with all the jocks and popular kids. Oh, it's the dawn of a new era here at McKinley. We're gonna rule this school!"
I turn to Rachel and tell her, "I have a feeling nothing's going to change just because we won a little co--"
I'm cut off by a slushee being throw into my face. I flinch, and my eyes immediately start to burn.
"Competition" I finish my sentence.
"Ooh-hoo. Welcome to loser town" Karofsky laughs.
I groan, and bite my tongue to keep myself from saying some not so nice words.
"Population, you!" His friend shouts, giving him a high five.
The four of us form a line, and with a huff, we march to the girls bathroom.
~~ I'm sat in the bleachers at the basketball game, and I'm staring at Rachel who is jumping up and down next to me.
"Rach, nothing's even happening. They're just dribbling the ball down the court" I narrow my eyes at her.
"Yeah, but Finn has the ball" She giggles, jumping up and down again.
I roll my eyes and watch Finn give Rachel a weird stare. His eyes skim her shirt that reads "Team Finn".
The moment he looks back to the court, the ball is taken from his possession by the other team, and they score a point.
"Aw come on Finn!" I groan loudly. He glances over to me and looks hurt. I shrug my shoulders and point back to the court, where they are running past him with the ball.
I slap my forehead as Rachel shouts "Go Finn!"
The rest of the game is brutal. Finn doesn't even look like he wants to be out there.
He went up for a free throw, and the opposing team batted the ball out of the air.
Rachel has spent the whole game telling everyone who her boyfriend is.
