Minecraft Story Mode Stuff

Okay, just to let you know, I did see Captain Underpants in theatres, and this is kind of based around it. (IT WAS EPIC. YOU SHOULD REALLY SEE IT) This has just been on my mind for a while, but I'll still update about Captain Underpants some other time :)

Anyways,

When I find a new fandom, I tend to dig in to find more information on that fandom. Sometimes, that can get me into trouble. When you become attached to certain characters, you learn to love them just the way they are. Imagine that you become attached to Jesse from Minecraft story mode. Now imagine that one day, telltale confirms that Jesse is lesbian. It completely ruins your point of view on Jesse!

This is my problem. I dug too deep into a fandom, and found out information that I didn't want to know. I found out what happens to characters after the events of the final movie/episode/book, I found out that some of them are not the characters I imagined them to be. Maybe I'm just a drama queen, but it honestly drives me to madness when something like this happens.

Please do not read the twelfth Captain Underpants book. Unless you want everything in this awful rant to happen to you. (According to the Wikipedia) Also do not read the Captain Underpants Wikipedia. It will do pretty much the same thing.

I have nothing against the author of the book series, but just for other authors on wattpad, please do not do stuff like this. I mean, if it has something to do with a characters backstory, go ahead, I don't care. But if it has something to do with a characters personality or sexuality, please DO NOT wait until the last book to reveal it. That's just plain annoying, at least to me.

(Please don't get the wrong idea about this rant. I'm not trying to tell you how to write your book. I'm just telling you how to NOT annoy people when writing. No offense...)
