Tell them all I know now. Shout it from the roof tops. Write it on the sky line, all we have is gone now. Tell them I was happy and my heart is broken, all my scars are open. Tell them what I hoped would be impossible.

Having Hiccup in her life was one of the best things that has ever happened to her. He was smart, sweet, talented and caring. She loves him and he loves her and that was what mattered at the time.

Elsa was aware of his dreams and his passion for music, she supported him through his journey to getting those dreams.

Hiccup Haddock got his dream not long after they graduated and she was more than happy for him. He became a member of a band, not just any member but the vocalist.

She was there for him in his concerts and gigs and she never failed to show her support and love to him. He went from zero to hero! She watched her boyfriend's growth and success and it was wonderful.

The next year, Hiccup proposed to her and no surprise, she said "Yes" but she requested to hold the wedding because she needed a stable job before finally settling down, which he agreed with.

Everything was going perfectly, Elsa got hired as the secretary of the CEO of this huge and well known company and Hiccup's band was going really great and getting really famous.

They were happy...but life isn't all about rainbows and butterflies now, is it?

It was February 18 and it was their eighth  anniversary. Elsa got home early that night, with cake and champagne and of course she made a delicious dinner.

She dressed up and set everything up for their romantic dinner and waited for her lover. She smiled widely to herself, anxious to tell him she was more than ready to marry him already.

An hour passed but the brunette still wasn't home. She phoned her sister for a little chat but it was just so short since she was busier than before. Anna got married, two months ago and is now expecting and Elsa was a bit jealous.

She wanted a baby, she wanted a family and she was very much eager to say "I do" already.

Another hour and still no sign of her fiance'. She left him messages and called him a few times but it was all sent straight to voice mail. He did say he was busy that night but...couldn't he at least make an exception?

She glanced at the wall clock, only to see it was already 9 pm and the food was already cold. She sighed and decided to eat dinner ahead.

Hiccup got home that night at eleven, tipsy and flushed. Elsa rushed to him and helped him clean up. It wasn't really a night to remember.

"Na na na...no that's not right...hmm...na na na..."

Elsa watched her boyfriend strum his black guitar as he tried to figure out the song he was working on.

It has been three weeks since that anniversary dinner failure and it hasn't gotten any better. Hiccup was too busy on his songs to even kiss her cheek or just even say Hi to her.

She let out a sigh and brought her attention back to her book. It was her day off and she wanted to spend time with him and he agreed but...obviously, this was the kind of 'spending time together' he was talking about which sucked...for her that is.

The next day, Elsa decided to be charming and be the one to approach him since his too busy to do that. She has to do something to just take his attention off his career for just a moment.
