*Troye's POV*
The next morning I groaned and flailed my arms out as far as I could both ways in a stretch, as I normally did. Except today my action was greeted by an annoyed grunt. I sat up straight with wide eyes before looking back down and realizing it was just Tyler. His face was buried in the mass of pillows, but I knew it was him thanks to the scratch marks all down his back. Oops, I hadn't thought I was quite that rough. I slunk back down to a laying position and reached over to rub his back.
"Morning Tilly." I mumbled sleepily, tip-toeing my fingers up his back. He groaned and rolled over, but his face was still covered in pillows. I smiled and crawled closer to place kisses all over his chest. After about a minute he let out a loud sigh.
"Do you have any idea how hard it is to sleep in with you around?" He groaned, ruffling my hair up with his hand. Even though he'd tried to sound annoyed I could hear the happiness seeping into his voice.
"Sorry." I giggled. I was so not sorry.
"Go make me breakfast. Pwease." I'd never heard Tyler plead with me for something before. He'd never really needed me for anything before. At the thought of being able to please him my heart leaped.
"Okay!" I said a little too eagerly before shoving on a pair of pants and bounding out of the room. I was surprised to see the couch was empty where Connor had been. Hopefully we didn't wake him up last night... I then continued on to the kitchen and even made it to opening the fridge before I realized all we had was pita and hummus and I couldn't cook for shit. I'd have to go and pick something up, and before Tyler emerged from his cave! I grabbed the keys off the counter and took off. Our flight wasn't until 6pm that night so Tyler had every right to sleep in.
After spending forever pondering over my choices I decided to go with breakfast meals from McDonald's. I knew it wasn't Tyler's absolute favourite place to eat but there was only so much I could do considering he was too lazy to come with me. When I walked back into the hotel room I was happy to see Tyler hadn't gotten up yet, only Connor. He was sitting on the couch eating a bowl of cereal and I had to wonder where he'd gotten the cereal. An hour ago the cupboards had been completely bare.
"Hey Connor!" I said cheerily, suddenly regretting not thinking to get him a meal. He looked up at me between spoonfuls of cereal and nodded in greeting.
"Hey Troye boy, what you up to?"
"Getting breakfast for Tyler and I." I realized how much I sounded like a lovesick idiot a second louder and tried to wipe the goofy smile off my face. Connor just smirked knowingly and I was once again left wondering if we'd woken him up last night. I then kicked off my shoes and hurried into Tyler's room, making sure to close the door behind me.
"Hey." I said lightly, sinking onto the bed beside him. He grunted in response and I rolled my eyes, hoping he wouldn't always be this hard to wake up. I placed the bag of food on his back and I heard a hum of approval. He reached around and grabbed it then hoisted himself up into a push-up position, the pillows falling away to reveal his face for the first time that morning. His hair had fallen in perfectly imperfect wisps around his forehead and I could already see hickeys scattered across his neck. Oops, did I do that? As amazing as last night had been it was all sort of a blur to me now. It was like we'd been drunk in love. I smirked at my own thoughts, the unnecessary Beyonce song reference slipping through. I snapped back to reality and watched the droopy eyed Tyler munch down on the breakfast bagel like it was a gourmet meal.
"Why are you staring at me like that? Do I have something on my face?" He asked between bites, feeling at his face nervously. I snickered and shook my head, moving across the bed to sit right beside him.
"Is there a rule I can't stare at you?"
"Well, no, but there should be. That adoring stare is pretty close to a love confession." I rolled my eyes and shoved him, though I wasn't really mad. In fact, I liked the way he found ways to slip the fact I was in love with him into our conversations. It meant he wasn't afraid to acknowledge it and maybe even that he liked it.
Once he'd finished his sandwich he grinned up at me devilishly.
"So what do you want to do today until our flight, twink bottom?" We exchanged identical wolfish glances and smiles crept onto both of our faces simultaneously. I think we both had a pretty good idea of how we wanted to count the hours down.
A/N: Sorry for the short filler chapter but the last one was really long so it's okay. Vote/Comment to your heart's content little ones!
