A cheeky grin fit its way across your face as you waltzed over to the closet door. "See you on the other side mystery man!" You called giving the group of boys a two fingered wave. The closet on the inside was rather dark but eh darkness unleashes the inner demon within and it would be nice not to instantly turn into an over ripe tomato whenever a guy talked to you. "Why the hell is it so dusty in here" you coughed to yourself, waving your hand around to the clear the dust. You having had your eyes closed when coughing to avoid getting the foul stuff in your eyes hadn't noticed when the door had silently opened and closed which is why you screamed when the guy talked "do you always talk to yourself?" "Holy Hera!" You shrieked clutching your chest "don't do that!" "I was just asking" he sniffed. "And to answer your question no I don't talk to myself" you whisper added "I talk with the voices in my head". There was a moment of silence and then he said "do you need help?" "I've been asking myself that for quite some time now....." you fell silent waiting for him to tell you his name. "Zane" came his reply. You swore your heart stopped for a few seconds "Zane as in Zane Truedale?" "Is there another one?" He asked in a duh voice. You let out a nervous laugh "hahaha just making sure your not um uh a robot or some creepy stalker guy or a ya I'm going to stop talking now". You fell into a rather silent silence that lasted for maybe 30 seconds before you randomly burst into song "do you wanna build a snowman or ride our bike around the hall I never see you anymore come out the door it's like you've gone away it gets a-" "whoa whoa whoa" he stopped you "what exactly are you doing?" "I sing horrible Disney songs when I'm nervous" you mumbled looking at what you thought was your feet. "Why are you nervous?" He you were pretty frowned. "Haha did I say nervous I was no what I ment to say was-" you rambled on before you suddenly felt his hand grab your chin. Does he like have night vision or something. "Why are you nervous!" He repeated. You let out a sigh "because I like you" you admit a blush spreading over your cheeks. You expected words like but I don't feel the same or worse but I love you like a sister. What you did not expect was a pair of delicious warm lips in yours. Not expecting this you kinda just stood there frozen until your brain yelled "kiss him back you dumb ass". Oh right thanks brain. Placing your hands on his shoulders you stood on your tippy toes trying to deepen the kiss further. Zanes long fingers ran through your open hair, pulling gently at the few knots. When oxygen became a problem he pulled away and leaned his forehead against yours just as the door flew open revealing curious faces. Zane ignored them, staring down into your eyes he whispered "and just for the record I like you too".

Finally got around to do it, sorry it took so long it was exam week and studying is mandatory😓.
