Chapter 7:Lost In Thoughts

Simon's POV

2 days later...

I'm surprised my wife hasn't heard any thing about the innocent at David's place. I mean its all over the news. I saw on the Tv
David Walliams wife(Lara) tried attacking him

Then the news reporter said"we have David Waillams here to tell us what happened that night,tell us Mr.Walliams what occurred that night?"

"Well...I was texting my good friend Simon and she saw that I was sort of flirting with him through text. Then she pushed me to the floor and started punching me. I luckily blocked the attacks. She then got off of me. I toke that opportunity to get up and call the police. When I was calling the police I saw that she was coming toward me with a knife. So i dodged the attack and she fell face first onto the ground. She was knocked out so I had to time to finish the call with the police. They arrived and arrested her."

"Well there you have it folks the story of David Wailliams being attacked by his own wife,back to you Thomas" said the reporter

I turned my Tv off. In my head I'm calling David a clever fox. He's lucky that he can just make up a story for now. But sooner or later he's going to have to confess the truth to everyone in England. I shake my head and start getting ready for work. I put on my gray sweater and blue jeans. My wife was still sleeping so I moved as quickly and quietly as possible. I managed to make it out my room without here hearing me.

Alesha POV

"What the hell is going on David,why are these reporters following you"? I ask

"Nothing just ignore them" David replies
I could hear David's name being called left and right. It was really annoying to me. And I could tell David was annoyed because of his expression. David and I finally got into the studio. There was a security guard who blocked the door from any reporters. "David? What happened at your house with Lara,did she really try attacking you?" I asked. David just kepted on walking. Not once did he make eye contact with me. He then entered his office and closed the door behind him. I was going to turn the nob,but i didn't want to bother him. "Alesha?" called Amanda

"Why are there a million people outside"?

"Do you remember how David's wife tried attacking him"? I said

"OH I remember"

"Yeah,I think these people want the story from him so they can put multiple interviews on the news" I exclaimed

"Ah I see,they will eventually go away,they can't seriously be here until night time". Said Amanda

"Your right...lets get our make up over with so we don't have to worry about it later" I suggested.

Amanda nodded her head and we went to the Make up room.

David's POV

There I was in my office deep inside my own thoughts.Lara...Oh god she said she will get me back. What does that even mean I thought. There's endless possibilities to what that actually means. My arms were on the desk,so I planted my head in my arms sobbing. Being with Lara was what made my life special,then I met Simon Cowell. The first day I met him I felt a deep connection with him. At that moment I got a text...it was from Simon

Simon:What the hell is going on outside the studio?  

David:oh,don't worry about it just try getting in

Simon:Alright I'll try

After texting Simon I decide to check my computer and go over how many auditions we have tonight. I scroll through the list of people,not caring what the names of the auditions were.

Simon POV

"Excuse me...Pardon...guys can you move". I was trying so hard to get pass the reporters. But they were all crowded together. It was really pissing me off. So I said"get the bloody hell out my doorway"! All the reporters did as I said. I was pleased,I walk into the studio. I saw Stephen who waved at me. "Hey Simon" he said. "Hello" I said in response. I looked around. No Amanda,No Alesha and No David? Where were they? I started heading to the make up room and I saw Alesha and Amanda coming out the room laughing. "Hello Ladies".

"Simon"! Said Amanda. She hugged me and so did Alesha. "Hey...where's David" I asked a bit worried. "He's in his office,but I don't think he's feeling ok so I decide to not bother him" said Alesha.
"Do you know what happened?" I asked. Alesha just shrugged including Amanda.
All day I was trying my best to try leaving David alone. I knew it was about Lara. He really did love her. But his feelings started changing as time went on.

Several Hours Later...

"Where's David" said Amanda in a confused voice. Alesha,Amanda and I were sitting in the judge panel,waiting for David. The whole crowd was waiting as well. There was only 5 mins before we started the live show of Britains Got Talent. I was so worried for David. The first thing I hoped he wasn't doing was self-harming. I shuck that thought out of mind. Cause at that moment we all saw David coming over to the panel...
