A sigh escapes your lips as you sit at a booth in the diner. You had been asked out on a date by Justin Foley and weren't too surprised when he was no where to be found.
You glance down at your watch, a frown growing on your lips as you realize Justin isn't coming. Your eyes divert to the diner door as the bell on top of it dings. You raise a eyebrow as Zach Dempsey enters the diner, making his way towards your table.
"Can I sit?" Zach asks, you simply nod your head as you fold your arms over your chest.
"Came here to belittle me over Justin I suppose?" You ask with a stern look on your face.
Zach sighs "I'm sorry, he's just an asshole sometimes".
You let out a sarcastic laugh "yeah, I've picked up on that".
A frown tugs on Zach's lips as you go back to the bitter expression you had on your face only a few minutes ago.
"Wanna see a cool trick?" Zach asks
You sigh "Why not".
You raise a eyebrow as Zach tries to balance a spoon on his nose.
"What are you doing?" you ask as you desperately try to hold back a smile.
"I just have to get the right angle" Zach says as he diverts all his attention to the spoon.
A laugh escapes your lips as the spoon falls onto the table "Has that trick ever worked?"
