Jen was basically falling asleep and it was the cutest thing ever.

"I can't sleep with my makeup on!" She suddenly woke up.

I chuckled and she looked around.

"Um..where are we?" She looked back at me.

"The sweet 16 baby." I laughed.

She mumbled an 'oh' before laying her head back down on my lap.

"You guys are so cute." My mom smiled.

I played with her hair and smiled down at her.

"I couldn't ask for anyone else in the world." I mumbled.

"Good." Jens dad came over.

"Hi sir." I shook his hand.

Jen grabbed my hand and put it back on her head, signaling me to continue.

Her dad chuckled.

"I don't know how you've kept up with her all this time." He laughed.

"He's a good guy, pops." Jack patted his dad's back.

"As long as Jen is happy, I'm happy." He said before walking off.

"You have the fathers approval." Jack winked and took a seat at the table.

"When are you guys going to..you know.." my mom winked.

"Mom." I sighed.

"They already have." Jack chuckled.

I glared at him.

My mom smiled. 

"It wasn't rushed I hope."

"It wasn't." Jen mumbled.

"Hey baby, you wanna go home?" I asked her.

"Mhmm." She nodded.

I picked her up, wrapping her legs around my torso. She wrapped her arms around my neck and rested her head on my shoulder.

"I love you." She mumbled.

I smiled.

"I love you too babygirl. "

We got home and I took Jen upstairs.

"Princess, wake up." I kissed her forehead.

"I don't wanna." She groaned.

"Come on, we have to take off your makeup. " I placed her on the bed.

She sighed. I grabbed her makeup remover wipes and started wiping off her makeup.

She giggled and I rose an eyebrow.
