He has pure glitching powers! He himself can glitch and make objects glitch as well!

The reason he glitches is because he was created by Organization 13! An experiment gone wrong!
Error: Nothing really much else to say about my backstory. I often adapt to watching how others act. Like when they're with their families...
He also yerns to have a family. He doesn't consider Organization 13 a family.

Pass away: Passes through his enemy, whatever he hits varies on damage
Glitching Pulse: Sends a glitched wave at the enemy
Glitched Card Throw: Throws a bunch of glitching cards at the enemy
Glitched Dice Throw: Throws a bunch of glitching dice at the enemy
Glitched Chip Throw: Throws a bunch of glitching chips at the enemy
Healing Hack: Heals himself or anyone he trusts
Glitching Tail Slice: Attacks the enemy with the end of his tail
