It's a santan plant (Ixora coccinea) from a hotel we've been earlier.
I dunno why. We were hanging out by the wide jogging area after breakfast, and the hedges were actually clusters of santan. I just happened to have my iPad with me, and since I was bored, I went on to draw the plant.
It's a beautiful one :)
