The day had come, it was time to tell the fans and family.
First to call was Lukes family. The phone rang as Luke called Liz.
"Lucas!" She said happily.
"Hey mom! I'm here with (Y/N)" Luke said.
"(Y/N) how are you??" She asked.
"I'm amazing" You said, and couldn't help but giggle.
"Why are you so amazing?" Liz asked.
"Because were engaged." Luke said smiling.
Liz shouted, "OH MYGOODNESS ITS ABOUT TIME HOORAY" You and Luke laughed and talked to Liz and Andy for a few more minutes. "Congrats you guys, I'm so happy to welcome you to our family (Y/N)" Liz said, you could hear the smile on her face.
Next you called Jack. "Hey little brother," Jack said over the phone. "I have something to tell you Jack." Luke said. "I proposed to (Y/N)" Luke said smiling to himself. "And she said no? Aw i'm so sorry luke, I-" Jack said and Luke cut him off.
"What? No! SHE SAID YES JERK, WHAT IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MEAN??" Luke asked. "Nothing, I'm really happy for you Luke. and (Y/N) I guess you're here too, welcome to the hemmings family, sorry in advance."
Next you called Ben. "Ben!" Luke exclaimed. "Luke!" Ben said back mockingly. "I have news!" Luke said. "Please share littlest hemmings" Ben said. "I'm the biggest hemmings actually, and I proposed to (Y/N) and she said yes so I'm getting married." Luke said casually. "WHAT?? I THOUGHT YOU WERE GONNA SAY MICHAEL DIED HIS HAIR AGAIN OR SOMETHING CONGRATULATIONS!!" Ben said. "I'm mad my youngest brother is getting married before me but i'm very happy for you two." Ben chuckled.
"Alright, let's call my sister first." You said. You knew she'd be the most excited. "SIS!" You shouted through the phone when she picked up. "(Y/N)" She squealed. "IM ENGAGED" You yelled. Luke laughed. "OH MY JESUS IM SO HAPPY" She said. "LUKE IM SO HAPPY ITS YOU HONESTLY YOURE SO AMZING FOR (Y/N)" (Y/S/N) said to luke. "Love you (Y/S/N)" Luke said.
After calling your parents it was time to call your brother. You weren't sure how he'd react, Luke wasn't his favorite person. "Hey (Y/B/N)!" You said. "Hey little sis!" He said. "So I have something to tell you." You said.
"What did you do now?" He joked. "Nothing, other than I got engaged" You said casually. "WHAT" He shouted. "THATS SO GREAT, really happy for you two"
"Thanks (Y/B/N) Ill take care of her I promise." Luke said sincerely. After you said goodbye and hung up. Luke put his arm around you and pulled you close. "I really will take care of you." He said.
"I hate to ruin the moment. But you should probably tell the fans." Michael said as the boys walked into the apartment. "You're right" Luke sighed. "I just feel bad, because i'm crushing some dreams, you know? Some of them really wanna marry me" Luke said. "But I'm taken."
You were a bit worried at how fans would react.
Some would be happy Some would be sad over not having luke, but happy for the two of you Some would be downright evil and vicious.
"Okay, i'm instagramming first" Luke said
