Randhir was sitting at his cabin. He just stared at the screen of his laptop only. He was disturbed after giving punishment to her that too huge with comparing her that mistake but he was out of his mind that time. This project is everything for him which he don't afford to lose for a small mistake. She was fault but was he right also! He was lost in his thoughts just then someone knocked the door.

"Come in." Randhir said and Sahil entered next.

"Sir wo....I have to say something." Sahil was hesitated when Randhir look at him.

"What?" He asked confusingly.

"Sir wo..." He hesitated again.

"Sahil I don't have the whole day!" Randhir said pretending to be busy.

"Sir wo Sanyukta....I don't think she did it intentionally. Aur....aur aapko usse itni baadi punishment nehi dena chahiye tha!" Sahil said hesitantly.

"Mr. Sahil Kataria do I ask you that what you think or not? I know what to do very well and I'm not answerable to anyone, got it? Now you can leave." Randhir said furiously when Sahil lowered his eyes.

"I....I'm sorry sir but Sanyukta was not fault at all, that's my fault." Sahil said slowly thus Randhir look at him confusingly.

"Umm....I don't aware of the relationship between Parth sir and Sanyukta. And by chance Parth sir's name slipped out from my tongue in front of Sanyukta and she got upset for that and I think that was the reason behind her this mistake. I....I'm sorry sir but I think to say the truth to you." Sahil was stammered when Randhir become shocked.

"An...and sir iss office mein kuch aaise log vi hain jo without any reason kisika vi insult karte hain, aaise mein new stuff ko problem hoti hain adjustment karne mein!" Sahil said slowly thus Randhir look at him confusingly.

"What? Koyn hain wo?" He asked surprisingly.

"Umm....I don't have any prove so I can't tell the name but you must know Her!" He purposely emphasized the word her when Randhir kept mum.

"I think I must go now, sorry for wasting your time sir." Sahil said and left the room next when Randhir sitting there numb.

"Ohh shit, what I had done?" He hold his head with his palm.

He closed his eyes and her scared face and pleading eyes flashed in his mind.

"Shit man....aapna saara frustration uss par aaise hi nikal diya! Ekbaar tho sochna chahiye tha ke iss mistake ke pichhe koi reason tho jarur hogi! Parth....shit, naam hi kaafi hain usse usski past yeead dilane ke liye. Kitni mushkil se tho normal huyi thi....pata nehi aab keya hoga, shit....kam se kam ekbaar baat tho karna tha usse, direct punish kar diya!" He bang his hand on the table in frustration.

"Mayra came to my room quickly." Randhir said over the intercom.

"You will regret for that Mayra!" He gritted his teeth remembering the coffee incident at the conference room.

Just then he heard a knock at the door and Mayra entered next.

"Yes sir?"

As soon as Mayra entered at the room Randhir go near her immediately and hold her hand and twisted it against her back when she winched in pain.

"How dare you insulted Sanyukta in front of those people?" He asked furiously.

"Aahhh....sir you hurting me!" She winched in pain.

"Ohh....so you can't bare this much of pain, then think how much pain she was bare than!" He said twisted her hand a little more.

"But sir I did that for you, for the company!" She managed to say.
