Levi x Reader - 18 {Valentines Day Special}

It was Valentines Day in the Survey Corps. Corporal Levi was sitting in the mess hall, watching a girl with a close eye. Her name was (Y/N) (L/N). She was about the same age as Levi and was a scientist along with Hanoi. She had (H/L), (H/C) hair and usually wore a pair of jeans with a (F/C) button up and a lab coat. She was smiling happily as she sat down in between Hanji and Petra. The girls both had valentines already, but (Y/N) did not. Levi was going to change that and show (Y/N) that he had a heart.

We made a start

Levi groaned as (Y/N) stood up. He had planned to talk to her during breakfast, but every time he start to talk, the words wouldn't make it out of his mouth.

"I have some research to do. Sorry to leave you all so early, but the Titans aren't going to study themselves!" She exclaimed, a bright smile on her face. She waved goodbye to the group before heading out the door and to the tent that held the research. As soon as she was gone, Petra and Hanji turned to Levi.

"You're going to ask her to be your valentine right?" They asked. Levi stares at them blanked face, but inside he was partially worried. Was it that obvious?

"I was thinking about it. Why?" He asked, keeping his cool and sipping his tea.

"Because we all know that you like her. You've liked her since you entered the military. The only one who doesn't know is (Y/N)!"

So kiss me where I lay down

Levi groaned. This is not how he expected this to go. He hoped (Y/N) hadn't caught on to his feelings like the rest of the Survey Corps so he could surprise her. He found the small girl walking around outside the tent, clipboard in front of her. Levi walked up.

"Hello (Y/N)." He said finally. The girl jumped slightly and smiled.

"Ah, hello Corporal Levi. It's such a beautiful day, isn't it?" She asked, looking towards the deep blue sky. Levi nodded. He turned to the girl.

"Actually, I wanted to ask you something." Levi spoke. (Y/N) turned to face him.

"Well go right ahead. I'm not going to stop you." She said. Levi got ready to speak, but was cut off by another voice.

"(Y/N), can you come back in her. I think I found something." Hanji exclaimed. (Y/M) turned to Levi.

"I'm so sorry. Hold that thought for one second." She said, disappearing into the tent. Hanji emerged 5 seconds later.

"Listen. I didn't find anything, I needed a distracting. There is no way that you can ask her out like that. This is (Y/N) we're talking about. You've liked her for a while. You should do something big and extravagant!" Hanji exclaimed. Levi thought for a moment.

"You're right Hanji. Okay, I'm gonna go." He said, before quickly walking back to the mess hall. He was going to need some assistance for this.

(Y/N) frowned as she walked back into the tent. Levi had abandoned the tent after Hanji's talk and she wasn't sure why.
