Long distance Valentines Day Philkas

Valentines Day. Philip hated it. To be fair, he only hated it when he wasn't talking to Lukas. Which meant he'd have to suffer all day at school with kids being all over each other while his boyfriend was across the country.
Their distance wasn't new, they'd been 1,000 miles apart for a year and a half but that doesn't mean it hurts any less, especially when there's a day that feels like the universe is rubbing Philips face in the fact that he couldn't touch his boyfriend.
So Philip laid in bed, scrolling through Tumblr, wishing the day could be over before he got out of bed.
A small notification popped onto his screen.
Lukas.
Philip grinned, tapping the notification, rolling over, wrapping his arms around a pillow. It was something he'd gotten used to doing, he liked to pretend it was Lukas.

Philip rolled his eyes.

Isn't it like 5 in the morning for you?

Then why are you up? You don't wake up until 7
Philip ran his fingers through his hair, secretly wishing that Lukas got up early for him. As much as he wanted Lukas to get his sleep it would be so sweet if Lukas set an alarm to wish him a happy Valentine's Day.

Philip felt his cheeks heat up. He buried his face into a pillow for a few seconds, grinning. He woke up early for him. How sweet is that?
To: Lukas
Just go to bed when I get to school

I'd only be sleeping for an hour if I did

I'm fine
Philip rolled his eyes. He knew Lukas was lying, they were up until 2am for Philip and midnight is still pretty late. Lukas needs sleep, especially since he has practice after school.

Lukas replied immediately.

Philip nodded as if Lukas could see him.
