chapter 26: "ok what happened to my best friend"

Tomika's POV

today is the first day back after the tour and I have jut woken up to find Freddy still asleep so I grab one of my pillows and I throw it at him and it hits him in the face and he wakes up and throws it back at me

Maid 1: Tomika, Freddy you and the others need to get up now or you will be late for school

Tomika: ok, Fre we need to wake the others up

Freddy: ok T

Tomika: SUMMER, ZACK, LAWRENCE , MR FINN YOU GUYS HAVE TO WAKE UP NOW 

Summer: ok were up guys, you guys don't need to shout

Freddy: just making sure

Lawrence: what's for breakfast guys

Tomika and Freddy: what do you want

Summer: what do you guys normally have

Freddy: normally we would have blueberry pancakes with fresh maple syrup form Canada

Summer: wow that sounds delicious

Tomika: oh it is they are to die for

Zack: are we having that

Freddy: if you guys want that they yeah

Summer, Lawrence, Zack and mr Finn: yeah

Mr Finn: don't you guys eat anything normal

Tomika (laughs): most of the time we eat really fancy food but occasionally we eat normal food like fish and chips.

Freddy: but that's only on a rare occasion.

All: (laughing)

Freddy's POV

we are about to walk into school and I can already see the rest of the school lining up to meet us. Sometimes I missed this but me and tomika need to prepare the others for what they might face

Freddy: Guys what we are about to face could be bad

Tomika: yeah it could mean that we have to run

Zack, Lawrence, Summer and Mr Finn: WHAT

Freddy: yeah get ready to run and fast

Zack: dude, are you serious

Freddy: yeah

Lawrence: I can't run that fast though

Tomika: Lawrence you might have to

And with that we enter into the school and the people inside start screaming

Freddy: guys run to the classroom now

we then run to the classroom and Summer, Zack, Lawrence and Mr Finn are all out of breathe but me and Tomika are fine.

Zack(out of breathe): How are you guys not tired after sprinting all that way

Freddy: I guess we are just used to it

Tomika: yeah we do have to run a lot

Summer (out of breathe): why

Tomika: a lot of people go crazy when they see us so we have to run to hide somewhere a lot

Zack (out of breathe): it that what it is going to be like for us now

Freddy: most of the time yeah

Summer (out of breathe): wait how do you guys not get recognized in public

Tomika: we mainly where sunglasses and a sweatshirt to cover ourselves and to make sure people don't recognize us

Zack (out of breathe): ok

Freddy: guys your lives have changed a lot, you guys are famous now

Summer, Zack, Lawrence and Mr Finn (all out of breathe): wow

The others then calm down and I could see that they were breathing normally now

Tomika: yeah embrace the energy you get from your fans and it would make you ten times better.

Summer: ok what happened to my best friend

Freddy: she's always like this after a show or concert

Zack: what do you mean

Freddy: energized, hyper

Summer, Zack, Lawrence and mr Finn: ohh

Summer: Tomix why don't you be the band manager of school of rock

Zack: summer you are seriously giving up your place in school of rock

Summer: yeah I am, Tomika is way better at being a band manager then I will ever be

Tomika: sum why don't we both be the band manager

Summer: like co-band managers

Tomika: yeah, I can do all the paperwork and you can book the tours, interviews, concerts and meet and greets

Summer: that's a good idea Tomix, that would be good as I have no idea what I am doing with the paperwork

Tomika(start laughing): yeah ok

I wonder how this would work out, but most of all I hope it doesn't put too much pressure on Tomika's lung
