Chapter 13

We made it to Zoe's and Zoe gives me a big hug, "Are you feeling a bit better?" She asks, I just nod. "Hi Conor." She says giving him a hug as well. "Wait.... Are you two a thing?" She asks, "Yep, it never worked out with Jack." I say. She just nods and we go inside.

Nala comes running along, "Nala!" I squeal, in my dog voice. Sliding onto the floor and her jumping all over me, Conor just laughing and Zoe as well. "Conor help me up?" I ask, then he takes my hand and I pull him down then stand up.

Conor gets walked on by Nala and he is screaming like a girl, I walk through to the kitchen area. Zoe comes closer to me, "So... You like Conor more than Jack?" She says quietly, "Yes, I thought it was Jack but he broke my heart big time. He told me on the phone he loves me but I broke up with him." I reply, keeping together.

"Okay, but stay safe lil sis." She says, giving me a small hug. I walk back to where Conor is and see Nala sleeping on him now. "Aw...." I say, attracting Zoe's attention and she just giggles.
