Emma's POV
It was Halloween night; Elizabeth was dressed as a lady bug. She looked adorable. I was chatting with the other moms at her preschool while she sat on the ground playing with her classmates. The school was hosting a Halloween bash for the kids, and it was pretty crowded. I looked over to see Grayson and Kade talking with some of the dads. Kade had decided to hang out with us this Halloween so he could spend time with Elizabeth before he moved away. I looked back to the kids, Elizabeth sharing her candy with her little friend Kaley.
"Kaley really loves Beth! We should plan more days for them to hang out." Kaley's mom suggested. I really honestly tried to avoid the other moms as much as I could, most of them were just drama. Everyone seemed to be mind blow that Grayson's daughter went to the same school. All the moms here pretty much grew up watching the twins and Jaxon. It was kind of weird.
I saw Kade starring over towards my direction. He looked confused, he got Grayson's attention telling him something. I watched as they both quickly came over to me.
Kade was looking around me and up at the house then asked, "Em, where's Beth?"
I began to panic, "she.. she was just here; she was just playing right here with Kaley!"
Kaley was sitting by herself now, with a scared look on her face.
I started screaming her name, "Beth! ELIZABETH!" People all around me kept staring, why weren't they helping me?
"Someone help me please!!" I ran up to a couple moms that were next to the doors. "Did you see the little girl dressed as a ladybug!? Please, anyone, my little girl, she was, she was just right here!"
Grayson was running around looking for her as Kade was trying to calm me down to get more information out of me, we called the police after searching what seemed like forever through the crowd for her. Beth was gone. They had found her ladybug wings in a near by ditch, but no trace of her.... My little girl was gone.

"EMMA!"
"EMMA!"
I woke up to shouting, Grayson was above me when I opened my eyes. It was dark almost pitch black in the room, other than the small light from the clock on the night stand. I could still see his face he was scared. I could see it in his eyes.
I soon as our eyes met, he fell on top of me hugging me tightly. I couldn't help but cry, was that all a dream? Is my baby gone? "Grayson, w-where is E-Eli-Elizabeth..."
He rolled us over so my head was on his chest, "She's okay, she's still asleep in her room. Calm down Emma, nobody's taking her from us..."
We were silent. Grayson kept running his hand up and down my back as more tears streamed out of my eyes.
"You were yelling, and crying in your sleep..." I was trying to focus on the movement of his chest, trying to calm myself down. "You're starting to scare me Emma. I think you might need to see someone."
This has been happening frequently lately. I keep have flashbacks, more like dreams of what happened to Brecken, but it was Beth instead.
"I'm not crazy Gray..." I whispered against his chest. "I'm scared."
"Well I want you to move past this, so what do we need to do?" I could hear the frustration in his words as he quietly spoke. "I know you're scared, but I don't know how much longer I can handle this. It hurts me to see you like this, and I get scared when I get woken up by your screams and cry's Emma. You need help..." he was mad. Mad at me for something I have no control over.
